The all-new Signature 38’s 19.5 mm shallow profile and reinforced bead design absorb sharp hits without feeling harsh, while carefully tuned torsional stiffness improves tracking through off-camber sections, roots, and high-speed chatter—keeping your tires planted. Lab-tested to handle over 185 J of force, the rim is 17 % stronger than the previous generation, giving you the confidence to charge technical terrain without flinching.

Optimized Torsional Flex +
By designing shallower rim profiles, both models are 30% less torsionally stiff than the Legacy series wheels. This controlled reduction in torsional stiffness enhances wheel traction and predictability. The result puts the Signature Series in what NOBL deems the “sweet spot”; responsive when you’re pushing hard, yet forgiving and composed through rough terrain. Not harsh, not vague.
Reinforced Rim Beads +
Both the Signature 36 and 38 utilize new molds that flare outwards at the outside diameter of the rim, creating broader hookless beads. This area is reinforced with a flexible material to increase impact resistance, not only against vertical impacts but also against side hits. The Signature 38 is 17% stronger than the TR38, and the Signature 36 maintains the same strength while reducing weight by 14% compared to the TR36.

The Signature Series is engineered as a complete system, every component carefully selected, tested, and proven to work together for the best ride feel, durability, and faster delivery.
Spokes: Alpina Extralite double-butted spokes (1.7mm center) are laced 3-cross for a responsive, durable build. Lab tested to nearly 300 kg/f before failure, they offer exceptional strength and long-term reliability.
Nipples: Sapim double-square Secure Lock alloy nipples provide corrosion resistance and consistent tension, keeping wheels true while remaining easy to service years down the road.
Hubs: Hope Pro 5 hubs deliver dependable performance with quick 108-point (3.3°) engagement, low drag sealing, and a stiffer, more durable chassis. Fully rebuildable with long-term parts support, plus an optional steel freehub for high-torque e-bike use.

Raw Finish +
All NOBL rims leave our high-end steel molds with a natural, raw finish without the need for post-production sanding and finishing. Producing a paintless carbon rim is more demanding, but the payoff is strength. Without post-production abrasion, the carbon fibers remain fully intact and encapsulated in resin, preserving their structural integrity. The result is a rim that’s not only cleaner in appearance, but inherently stronger where it matters most.
Flatline Valves +
The Signature Series features a raised, flattened landing pad designed specifically for secure valve stem installation. This precise fit keeps the valve firmly in place, reducing movement and minimizing the risk of air leaks, keeping your tire pressure consistent.
Optimized Tubeless Fit +
For the best overall tubeless experience, the bead seat width and height, along with the drop channel diameter, are precisely engineered for the Signatures’ 30mm internal width. Most riders will be able to install a tubeless-ready tire without the use of levers and inflate the tire fully without the use of a powerful air compressor.

The Signature Series is powered by Hope Pro 5 hubs. Tried and tested, the Pro 5 offers an unbeatable performance to price ratio, with a strong track record of reliability and serviceability.
Faster Engagement: The rear hub features an offset 6-pawl freehub design, increasing engagement from 44 points (previous Pro 4 model) to 108 points (a quick 3.3° engagement), providing a faster, more responsive feel on the trail.
Reduced Drag: A new “zero drag” labyrinth seal and an improved ratchet and pawl system with updated springs greatly reduce friction and drag within the drive mechanism.
Improved Durability and Stiffness: The hub shell has a new profile designed to add stiffness
without increasing weight. A new axle design accommodates larger, sealed stainless steel cartridge bearings in a better arrangement to increase load capacity and longevity.
E-Bike Freehub: Featuring a steel freehub body and all six pawls engaging simultaneously to handle the higher torque loads associated with e-bikes. (54 points of engagement vs 108 with the alloy freehub)
Serviceability and Support: True to Hope’s reputation, the Pro 5 is fully serviceable and rebuildable using simple tools, with a commitment to spare parts availability for at least 10 years after production ends.
